- Jan 26 - Let's meet at ICF 2011!

Due to an important reshape of the International Career Fair, there will be no 2010 session.
The next ICF will take place in february 2011 in San Francisco. It will offer brand new innovative services for both candidates and exhibitors.

- Feb 5 - CNRS will attend ICF09

CNRS is the largest public research organization in Europe, under the authority of the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. There are more than 1200 scientific labs in France and abroad that are either intramural labs (funded and managed entirely by CNRS) or joint research units (managed and funded by CNRS in partnership with universities or industry). Its budget in 2008 was 2.8 billion Euros. Permanent researchers at CNRS are considered civil servants. There are more than 32 000 employees at CNRS working in every scientific field. Researchers are recruited through an annual recruitment campaign that takes place every year in December and January. There are no restrictions on age or nationality to apply. - 12/1/08 - For the third year the European Commission endorses ICF

The European Commission will again partner with the organizers of the International Career Fair held annually in San Francisco. ICF presents a great opportunity for Europe to promote the opportunities it has to offer, in all its diversity: public, private, national and international. It offers participating exhibitors an opportunity to attract some of the brightest researchers who are interested in a career in Europe or elsewhere. Representatives of the European Commission will be present at the event and will host a workshop on Research Career Opportunities in Europe.

- 9/30/08 - YEi renews partnership with ICF and calls for entrepreneurs

The Young Entrepreneurs Initiative (YEi) is a platform for mentoring and networking aimed at US-based entrepreneurs who understand the importance of internationalizing their vision and their activity, and who wish to set up a technology venture in France. YEi will help you study the feasibility of developing a tech-based venture between the US and France, the stepping stone to Europe. Selected US-based entrepreneurs will benefit from a mentoring and networking program and organized business trips to France. YEI will be hosting a panel on creating a company in France at the upcoming ICF in San Francisco.
